We produce typical oil in a land that is historically suited for olive growth.

Starting from the traditional tuscan blend made of Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo, we dedicate particular attention to the Frantoio variety from which, cold press only, we obtain a cultivar oil.

Green color with golden hues, this EVO shows a medium fruity with herbal hints and artichoke to the nose. Perfectly balanced between bitter and spicy.
